Camp Paragon was founded shortly after the discovery of the attempted Voros? Invasion. In an attempt to furthur American interests and defense amongst the superhuman populace. The Camp's purpose was to train metahumans to use their powers as well as give them a number of investigative skills, contacts, and legal support under the ParagonAct?. The Camp also served as a subtle way to indoctrinate heroes with American ideals (much the same way children are indoctrinated with regularly pledges, American history, and so on.) This subtle program was not meant in an overtly harmful way but when discovered resulted in the Camp's shutdown by the mysterious telepath Enigma.
