A very well known Meta Human? from the US, Dr. Evelyn Deitrich was a researcher at a small midwestern university involved in studying the effects of radiation on certain microbes in the late sixties. A lab accident left her infected with mutant bacteria, which combined with latent genes to cause her to evolve her abilities.

By 1972 she had begun a carrer as a vigilante that spanned two decades ending with her participation in the Invasion Of 1992?. She sustained several terrible injuries in that affair, and retired immediately thereafter to found the Paranormal Research Institute?. During that time, she spent a short stay at Camp Paragon, but the jingoistic philosophy that they tried to indoctrinate her with there did not sit well with Dr. Dietrich.

Her known special abilities include:

• Tactile Activated Telekinesis - she can apparently lift approximately 30 Kilotons (actually a field emanates from her body that suspends the object)
• Flight - actually merely the telekinetic effect used on her own person - max speed approximately Mach 3.
• Telekinetic Defense Mechanism - any percieved threat has the telekinetic effect applied to it when impact with her body is nigh imminent. Includes protection against high speeds when she flies.
