Odayla is the god of hunters. He, or some variation of him, are worshipped universally in Glorantha. The Great Bear is the local version of him and is portrayed both as a wild hunting-man and as a giant bear. He is recognized by every clan in the region and is equally at home in the Storm, Solar, Lunar, and Darkness pantheons.

The Storm pantheon recognizes him as a son of Orlanth. Worshippers of Ernalda often see him as her child.
